Week 5: Downloadable Resources

I downloaded MyLibrarydv. I was able to download two videos to my account. However, when I tried to play them, they would not play. I literally got a black screen. I called the help desk to make sure I had administrative rights on my computer and that I downloaded the software correctly. They verified this and told my to contact Sarah B. in Music, Film and Audio @ Main. I intend to do this in the near future. I did set up an account in NetLibrary and accessed an ebook.
